Shipping & Delivery Information 

Click & Collect -

Products can be collected from the warehouse;

The Velocette Motorcycle Company Limited, Meriden Works, Birmingham Road, Millisons Wood, Meriden, Coventry, CV5 9AZ.

Click and Collect orders must be placed via the website and collection only made once confirmation the order is ready has been made.

Opening times for collection are Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm. (The warehouse will also be closed on bank holidays and collection times over the Christmas and New Year period may vary).


For all our deliveries, we use a range of carriers to deliver your products to you and can offer the following options (shipping charges are inclusive of VAT):

 UK Standard:                             £ 7.20 (1-2 working days)

 UK Premium:                             £ 12.00 (next working day, tracked and signed for)

 UK Heavy (over 32kgs):            £ 27.00 (1-2  working days, tracked and signed for)

 Europe:                                       Price on request (7-10 working days, tracked and signed for)

 Rest of World:                            Price on request (7-14 working days, tracked and signed for)

*Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not working days

Card payments are not taken until goods are picked, packed and ready for dispatch.

Trade Customers shipping will be calculated at dispatch.

For very small items, if possible to put in a post box, the shipping will be charged at a lower price: 

£1.50 for an envelope up to 100g

£2.50 for an envelope up to 750g.

 

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from completion of payment. For multiple orders dispatch time may vary according to availability of stock.

Premium deliveries will be dispatched same working day if order placed before 2pm.

Please note orders are dispatched between Mon-Fri, deliveries will be made between Mon-Fri.

All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please be aware that orders to delivery addresses other than billing (registered card holder) address will not be processed for security reasons.

There may be an additional charge for orders that require a specialist delivery, this will be communicated before dispatch.

Packaging:

Wherever possible we try to recycle packaging. This will on occasion mean that the packaging in which you receive your order may not represent the contents. If you feel that you may have received the wrong item(s) please check the contents of your parcel before contacting Customer Care.

Delivery Service

Most products are generally delivered by courier or post. Smaller items will be delivered by Royal Mail. Standard delivery times will be notified in the confirmation of order.

If your product is to be delivered by courier, you may be given the option of choosing a premium delivery service for a small extra charge during the order process. Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 2.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.

Standard courier deliveries will normally take 1 - 2 working days to be delivered (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods). You will receive an email when your delivery is dispatched.

Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.

Premium Delivery (next working day) is usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for.

Cancellations:

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
